Keeps the spotlight moving

The active combatant is always highlighted, so you never lose your place. Next and previous turn buttons walk the order in both directions, and the round counter advances on its own — no mental bookkeeping while six players shout actions at you.

Conditions are first-class. Tag a creature as Poisoned, Stunned, or Concentrating, optionally with a round timer, and the tracker counts it down and clears it for you. HP gets quick increment buttons and turns red at zero so a downed enemy is obvious at a glance.

Frequently asked questions

How does the initiative tracker work?
Add each combatant with their initiative score and the tracker sorts them into turn order automatically. Hit Next turn to advance through the round; when everyone has acted, the round counter ticks up and any timed conditions count down. You can step backward too if you skip someone by accident.
Can it roll initiative for me?
Yes. 'Roll NPC init' rolls a d20 for every non-player combatant at once, so you only enter your players' scores. You can still edit any initiative value by hand at any time.
Does it track HP and conditions?
Each combatant has optional HP with quick +/- buttons and tappable condition tags. Conditions can carry a round timer (for example, 'Poisoned (3r)') that automatically counts down and disappears when it expires.
Does it work for systems other than D&D?
Yes. HP and counters are free-form numbers and conditions are plain text, so the tracker fits Pathfinder, OSR retroclones, and most d20 or initiative-based systems. The round timers double as PbtA-style clocks.
Can I pull in NPCs I've already created?
If you open the tracker with a campaign loaded in The Spider's Web, 'From campaign' lets you add any existing NPC or PC as a combatant in one tap, and your encounters are saved alongside the campaign. On this standalone page it runs as a quick scratch tracker saved on your device.
Is it free?
Yes. The tracker runs entirely in your browser with no signup. Free campaigns keep one saved encounter; Pro unlocks unlimited saved encounters per campaign.
